1. من أي مادة مصنوعة المجسمات؟
مجسماتنا مصنوعة من بلاستيك PLA عالي الجودة، خفيف الوزن ومتين، ومثالي للتلوين.
2. هل المجسمات جاهزة وملونة؟
لا، جميع المجسمات غير ملونة. نرسلها كقطع خام تلوّنها وتخصصها بطريقتك الخاصة.
3. ما نوع الألوان اللي أقدر أستخدمها؟
ألوان الأكريليك تعطي أفضل نتيجة على مجسماتنا. ممكن تستخدم أيضاً الماركرات أو البخاخ حسب رغبتك.
4. هل المجسمات آمنة للأطفال؟
نعم، المجسمات مصنوعة من مادة PLA غير سامة. لكن نوصي بإشراف شخص بالغ للأطفال تحت عمر 7 سنوات.
5. هل تقبلون الطلبات الخاصة؟
حالياً نوفر شخصيات مختارة فقط. الطلبات الخاصة ممكن تتوفر قريباً – تابعونا!
6. كم يستغرق التوصيل؟
نجهز الطلب خلال 1-3 أيام عمل.
7. وين توصلون؟
حالياً نوصل داخل [الكويت] فقط.
8. شنو طرق الدفع المتاحة؟
نقبل الدفع عن طريق بطاقات الائتمان/الخصم، وطرق دفع آمنة أخرى عند الدفع.
9. هل أقدر أرجع أو أبدل طلبي؟
بسبب طبيعة المنتج اليدوي، نقبل الإرجاع فقط في حال كان المنتج تالف أو تم إرسال منتج خطأ. تواصل معنا خلال 3 أيام من استلام الطلب.

Our figures are 3D-printed using high-quality, durable PLA plastic. They are lightweight, sturdy, and perfect for painting.
2. Do the figures come painted?
No, all figures are unpainted. They come as blank models so you can color and customize them your way.
3. What type of paint should I use?
Acrylic paints work best on our models. You can also use markers or spray paint, depending on your preference.
4. Are the figures safe for kids?
Yes, our models are made from non-toxic PLA material. However, we recommend adult supervision for kids under 7 due to small parts.
5. Do you accept custom orders?
We currently offer a set selection of popular characters. Custom orders may be available soon—stay tuned!
6. How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times depend on your location and will be shown at checkout.
7. Where do you ship?

9. Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the nature of our handmade products, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
